Hi, I'm Harriet. I'm a Teesside-based videographer and photographer, specialising in crafting content that makes brands stand out from the crowd.
I'm a passionately imaginative person, with the technical know-how to create stunning visuals.
Well-versed in a variety of software and editing programs, I find huge joy in crafting compelling videos that tell stories and capture the essence of a brand.
Never settling for mediocre footage, I have demonstrated the ability to create original, high-quality content that brings results; whether it be an increase in sales, web presence or audience engagement.

Beginning my life at Visualsoft as a Media Production Assistant, I have worked my way up to become the Production Lead within the Social Media team.

I work with a variety of brands to provide video & photography solutions in a range of formats, including adverts, interviews & tutorials.

I am responsible for the entire creative process: from planning, creating proposals & pitching, through to filming and post-production.

Over the past 4 years I have demonstrated my ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt to changing lighting conditions and co-ordinate with other professionals on a shoot.

Personal wins include growing the videography & photography service to deliver over 50 shoots in 2023 and successfully pitching for new or increased creative retainers with some fantastic brands.

Working as an essential part of the Marketing team, I produced promotional videos in a range of lengths and formats, both within the college and on location.

Utilising storyboard creation, camera & lighting operation and post-production techniques, I created content used for recruiting both students and staff, training videos, case studies and other materials.

Photography was a large part of this role too, coming into play across interviews, social media posts, website imagery and print articles.

This varied role allowed me to flex my creative muscles, assisting students with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop & Illustrator and demonstrating new editing techniques.

Setting up studio equipment, facilitating shoots and teaching camera workshops allowed me to pass on knowledge to a new generation and was incredibly rewarding.
